Code of Conduct

Effective Date: Feb 15, 2026

Code of Conduct: Okzou Inc.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and professional standards expected of all employees, contractors, and partners of Okzou Inc. Our mission is to help businesses take control of their data with integrity, and this document serves as our roadmap for doing so.

2. Integrity in Data & Consulting

As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) provider and CRM consultancy, data is at the heart of what we do.

Accuracy: We commit to providing honest, data-backed advice. We do not manipulate data to favor specific outcomes.

Transparency: We are clear with our clients about what our technology can and cannot do.

Objectivity: Our strategic roadmaps are designed for the client’s best interest, not for meeting internal sales quotas or favoring specific third-party vendors unless they are the best fit.

3. Data Privacy and Security

In alignment with our Privacy Policy (Law 25 & PIPEDA):

Confidentiality: We protect the proprietary information and "first-party data" of our clients as if it were our own.

Compliance: Every team member is responsible for ensuring that our integrations and custom software developments adhere to regional and international data privacy laws.

Zero Leakage: We follow strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to client CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and our internal CDP.

4. Professionalism and Respect

Inclusive Environment: We foster a workplace where diversity of thought is welcomed. Discrimination or harassment of any kind—whether based on race, gender, religion, or orientation—is strictly prohibited.

Collaborative Partnership: We treat our clients as partners. Communication should always be professional, timely, and solution-oriented.

Conflict of Interest: Employees must disclose any personal or financial interests that could conflict with the interests of Okzou or its clients.

5. Ethical Marketing

As we empower marketers to use data, we lead by example:

We advocate for "Privacy by Design."

We discourage intrusive or unethical tracking methods that undermine consumer trust.

We help our clients build relationships based on consent and value, rather than exploitation.

6. Responsibility and Reporting

All members of the Okzou team are encouraged to speak up if they witness a breach of this Code or any legal requirement.

Chief Privacy Officer: Concerns regarding data mishandling should be directed to our Chief Privacy Officer (as listed in our legal filings).

Non-Retaliation: Okzou prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith.
